How The Challenge Works:
- Each morning, you'll receive an email with the day's focus that will be short and highly valuable.
- Each day of the challenge, I'll be conducting a Facebook Live video to discuss the day's focus and answer any questions. You can watch the video later that day if you can't make the live time.
